Walking in Eternity In those wilderness years between television series, Doctor Who fans had to make their own stories. Walking In Eternity was an unofficial collection of wild variations on the theme of Doctor Who, published to benefit FSID (The Foundation for the Study of Infant Death).   Walking in Eternity is now out of print and unavailable. Sales of the book raised over £2,000 for FSID.
